As Beck has grown, he has incorporated elements of folk, funk, soul, hip hop, electronic, country, psychedelia, and alternative rock music, all the while retaining his ironic lyrics, drum machine, and sound effects. Known throughout the musical landscape as one of the most inventive and innovative artists, Beck has accumulated 5 Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for 2014’s Morning Phase.
