In The Beatles' relatively short career as the Fab Four, the boys from Liverpool changed the way we all heard music. It happened so quickly that rock and roll suddenly became what the whole world listened to. Pop music was hipper than what "young people's music" had ever been. The Beatles came to mean big business, even after they split up. Their recordings continued to sell and their songs were covered by everyone from country stars to cabaret singers. The Beatles, as we all know. have part of the world's cultural history.
